Subject's fence does not go straight because of tree between neighboring property.
Hate this because the fence will go more toward subject's lot losing about 3 feet.
Will lender make an issue of this.
I think last time it happened I mentioned in report and lender didn't call me out.

I was thinking not to mention since in my view the lost in area is not significant but I wanted to know what my peers would do especially my haters.

The area is NOT lost it just is outside of the fence. Make sure NOT to have a photo and MOVE ON.

I was looking in that perspective. Owner still own that part of land. It's just the fence is around tree.
I want to move on but my haters will call me deceitful in not being transparent with my lenders.
IF I mention it, then lender decides if they want to kill the sale.

Haven't you already asked this question?

You have a good memory. I forgot about it.

Don't know if it was an oversight with lender.
Wanted to know if peers encounter this problem or I'm just making big issue on this everytime I see it.

No deceit, I never called out a 3 foot patch of crabgrass either. :sneaky:

Take the usual pics, move on. No big deal.
If they come back later, play the SFW card. :leeann:
