No, Peter was using the word "miraculous" to express the view that medical professionals believe God is busy intervening into the daily affairs of humanity. I'm happy that belief makes him happy however I think medical science should continue research into the subject and not rely on prayer (Unless all else fails then why not. Makes the person praying feel better anyway.)

My comprehension is fine. I just do not interpret that same as you. I read what it says. The word miraculous is just like the word "Xerox". Does not necessarily refer to a deity. Unless you use you narrow self serving definition of the word.
