Any appraisers in Washington State currently employed by True Footage? I am interested to hear your experience as I am considering joining the team as an analytical appraiser working remote.

What does working remote mean? Your doing analysis outside the subject market area? Or doing assignments local to you without reporting to their offices?

They do not have a better reputation than Zillow...some say. I have no experience with them but FB has a lot to say about them that is not very flattering

The amount of extreme WOKE companies is mind blowing, their website included "True Footage is a real estate valuation company growing across the country and providing people with the opportunity to work with fun appraisers across the country." Of course a prominent picture you have to have of a black woman. AND of course one of the higher up executives actual title is this !!!??? This is Ivy League level made up wokeness. Right up there with that other company that is offering to train all the BIPOC people for $15 an hour. I just mentioned the Head of Community in another post earlier today, looks like he already promoted himself to Head of Product and let Blaine have this title now.

Remote for True Footage means ultimately working from your home office and completing only the analysis portion of the appraisal process.

It is a start up company that is hiring appraisers and trainees to complete appraisal work. It does have its hand in owning some new software and technologies that aid the appraiser in completing work.

So would you be working in market areas where you have experience on the ground, viewing sales and neighborhoods, etc?

From what you describe, it sounds like they are looking for appraisers to do desktop appraisals

FWIW, I've never heard of them before this thread and know ZERO about the company
