I am not sure what you mean by outside appraisal work? I don't do FB so I have not seen any of the chatter on there.

It is a start up company that is hiring appraisers and trainees to complete appraisal work. It does have its hand in owning some new software and technologies that aid the appraiser in completing work.

Outside work would mean you could still have your own clients not associated with Truefootage. Highly unlikely they would let you do that. Since it appears you would be an employee.
