CA has Ronald Reagan Library which is nice to visit especially in Santa Barbara. Come y'all.

If another President made it a goal to go to the moon again, we can.
We haven't had a challenge in a long time.
To go Green within 10 years will be hard but possible.

Proof? You don't have enough lithium and where do you get it? Name one mine in America that could be brought into production in less than 10 years...especially in the West or East... What about cobalt. You evoke visions of rainbows and unicorns but you have zero understanding of the challenges that means the electric grid, including the heavier wiring and heavier power poles needed, the fact every single community will need virtually every transformer and substation to be upgraded, consuming millions upon millions of TONS of copper, aluminum, steel, wood and steel posts, not to mention those lesser important metals that are obtained from other nations - lithium, cobalt, nickel, silver, platinum, and palladium. Not possible.
