I have a couple of trainees and have been training them the way that I learned and about the things that I know. However, it has been brought to my attention over the years that I don't know everything. I teach my trainees to support their adjustments the ways that I do and know how to, but I wanted to make sure they had as broad a base for this information as possible.
In short, I went out looking for a book on the subject of supporting your adjustments and came up way short. There doesn't seem to be anything in the AI publications that really meets this criteria (unless I just missed it). Also, there doesn't seem to be a class on the subject either. Seems like a rather big gap to me. Does anyone know of such a resource?
