(Fox News) "A new study found that more seniors are being forced to delay or skip medications as they battle rising prices and rampant inflation at the pharmacy. The JAMA Network out of Vanderbilt released a study indicating approximately one in five Americans 65 years of age and older modified their prescription routine to make it more cost-effective. Some delayed their medications, skipping them altogether, and some patients even resorted to taking another individual's medication, the study found."

I wonder how the California director of state board got requested as a witness. She did good. I bet George don't like her but would never admit it. LOL Idk about Glenn and Fernando. LOL

I kinda liked her testimony.

She is big on practicum. She wants high schools to teach practicum.
She's a professional bureaucrat whose bio doesn't reference any appraiser qualifications or experience. As opposed to being a professional appraiser with ample state employment experience, as has been the case for our previous directors. The previous directors for the last 20 years have held the USPAP Instructor certs, which demonstrates competency with that material. You can't even take that course unless you have at least 7 years of appraisal experience as well as some experience teaching appraisal QE or CE courses.

My peers are appraisers.

She's a professional bureaucrHe never read her credentials and has no ida she is not an appraiser but was worling in Social Service at whose bio doesn't reference any appraiser qualifications or experience. He never read her resume and has no idea she is not an appraiser and has no experience in real estate matters. Her former positions were involved in social justice type matters.

And that's fine if our elected leadership believes that those qualifications are more important to that position than any training/experience in what we do. As is also the case with the sociologists and other academics who have been talking about our profession, nothing this director has to say about appraisers or the appraisal profession is based on personal competency or experience with what we do.

TAFs pandering has hit overdrive. Take a look at the new hires.
