Your revisionism geared to paint Biden in a bad light is repulsive.I have agreed in the past but when you have A President and VP and the Administration given a mandate and a goal to turn the industry upside down and not do to over valuations or poor work but because there 97% white thats a major battle. No President in History has ever gone out and singled such a small group of people and the Appraisal organizations no they were dead so their all on board too.
Many presidents were in office when other professions were revamped wrt a case or issue with discrimination whether racial or sexual or other. The RE sales profession faced it under a different president and so did mortgage lending under a different president
Both of those professions along with others survived and they adpated some new policy or proceedures and contiinued. You and a few others here want to make this poltiical and into a battle, which will not serve appraisers well.
You do nto really care about the outcome for appraisers, because if you did you would not be riling up people about something they need to recognize and move on from. You just want to cause hvoc and get people to blame Biden. Biden has a lot of other more important things to focus on and has already moved on . If appraisers handleed this professonally the way other indutries have they could put it behind them
You offer no positive steps or ideas, just a real cynical take on things and a view to make people even more upset and blame a president who happened to be in office when this happened.
