If USPAP was easier to understand, there would be less violations you encounter everyday.This is the career you have chosen. Try actually reading and understanding USPAP instead of complaining about doing what is required to maintain appraiser credentials. BTW, please tell me anything in the new USPAP that impacts the way you do appraisals.... assuming that you were complying with USPAP before the current version.
If you reviewed appraisals much, you might start to understand why a USPAP CE class is required every 2 years. I see appraisal reports that contain USPAP violations nearly every work day.
There's no reason USPAP has to have so many pages. It can be shortened.
