Which is better and why?
But, you still have to check it for accuracy and make your changes for what does not transfer. So, how much time does it really save?got spark at their beginning, has cut my typing down a lot. no more looking back and forth the MLS sheet. and no stupid mis types. spark has a 1 month system. learning curve is time consuming, typical, at the beginning, but then it all becomes automatic. a couple of minutes and pages 1,2 is mostly filled in, and correctly.
DittoDon't use either and don't need them.
Unsire whether this addresses your concern, but Spark flag any discrepancies between MLS and Realist, for example, provides a brief narrative explanation for each text box in the 1004MC page, provides a categorical description of the prior transfer history of the subject and the comps (inluding or excluding non-market, provides charts that correspond with results of the 1004MC, allows me to select probably/potential comps Before the property inspection that significantly diminishes the potential claim of bias, and ALLOWS ME EASILY TO RE-CAPTURE ACCESS EVERYTIME I FORGET MY USERNAME OR PASSWORD !!!!!!!!!!!! Customer Service is so great that I received a return call in response to my phone call for help in the middle-of-the-night, although I didn't even leave a voice message--and I can't imagine that any entity in the USA returns a missed call without a tangible customer need having been expressed. A peripheral factor regarding its efficiency that makes it difficult to define is that--presumably as a typical user--I devote an estimated 25% - 40% of the time ostensibly saved to continually improving my endeavors. All over the internet users tend to say "I got direct access to the owner," and if that ain't testimony to the quality of the service, nothing is!But, you still have to check it for accuracy and make your changes for what does not transfer.
