The End of *most* Full Time Appraiser's ?

NCDot has a job available in Raleigh that any appraiser would qualify for, and it pays $60k with all the bell and whistle benefits.

Combine with 2 or 3 fee jobs during the evening or weekend and you are sitting pretty at $100k+.
And JTip speaks from experience!

I believe there are few jobs open at PennDot as well. Pay ain't great, benefits are. Plus, you can't turn your computer on until start time and you are done in 8 hours. No evening or weekend work.

And you get all your classes paid for and can work from home 3 days a week.

Fixed it for you.

The rest of the rant is simply regurgitated from prior rants - no response merited.
What you call a rant is the truth, based on facts. A strategic way to discredit the truth is through mockery and belittlement - duly noted.

Can you image applying for GC job for 82k a year? :rof: That less than my 22 year old niece makes fresh out of college. Maybe that’s why they pushed so hard to get rid of that requirement.
