I have a reviewer that sent me the following statement. "Please provide a picture of bedroom three with window to document ingress and egress." I am unaware of any requirement by FHA that that the bedroom photo must show the window in the picture to document ingress and egress.

Don't think I've ever taken a picture of a bedroom that didn't include at least one window in the picture. I can't even imagine how I could take such a picture.

What's with your subject which raised red flag regarding 3rd bedroom without window.
Did reviewer looked at the side and rear views and noticed lacked of windows?

What triggered it ? A comment made in the report ? Usually there is something our underwriters and QC read in the report or saw in a photo.

But if you don't have a photo you don't have it. Remember the FHA DE underwriter can request anything hand book or not if it's related to Health or Safety..MPR is the minimun not the maximum... lol

My God...Glenn the Putin love and I think alike. Say it ain't so.

You can ask the homeowner to take a picture of the bedroom with the window on their phone and text it to you - since you already inspected the room personally.

The exterior photo's will also usually show the bedroom windows. But yeah have occupants take photo.
