20 Minute AI Appraisals Are Coming

The AMCs sell more than appraiser selection and engagement but it seems like most of these additional administration functions can also be digitized. Can't replicate the plausible deniability angle the Lenders are trying to buy but they're not supposed to have an escape hatch to begin with.

My guess is the AMCs will adopt usage of these assistants to leverage their worker productivity and reduce their overhead. Then their appraisers will be hassled for updates and stips by AI-Becky instead of Ms. Becky.

So, if AI takes over every job, who will have money to buy a house? So, how many transactions will AI do if no one is buying cars, buying homes, or have a job?

Programmed by a Berkley Grad Femanazi who sleeps with a Ken Doll Robot whose dominated by her. Lol

UNIVERSAL INCOME it will be cheaper to pay people to only work one or two days a week and virtually from home if possible.

That was true up until the last 10 years. Todays kids were raised on games, cell phones, videos and boredom is more easily battled. College kids I talk to really don't want a job. Just enough money to eat and be online.

Just like there is 'grade-flation' in schools, over reliance on hybrids, AVMs, and other black box valuations, there will be continual over valuations. There has already been unchecked 'inflation' in house values and one of the results are fewer and fewer are able to afford houses.

Its interesting that 'homelessness' has been increasing, housing is in short supply, cities are struggling to figure out how to solve the problem, but they are more than willing to license short term vacation rentals for the revenue. They don't make the connection.

But the RW says UI is commie or a nanny state!! Which means other nations will have UI, but in America, the former workers can live on the streets and forage in dumpsters.

It was only a matter of time. What kills me is that the origination folks (and Realtors) think it's not coming after them as well. I suspect the mortgage origination experience will be primarily bot driven within the next 2 years. And don't even question whether someone would use AI for a real estate transaction when the AI agent is 1% but the 65 year old blue hair is taking 6%...
Unless humanity changes to the point where we are true isolates, people like to deal with other people. AI, in my opinion, is not capable of doing every step in a complex process and addressing unknown issues . Certainly not within two years.
IF AI "takes" nearly every job, then people will not have the income to buy the houses and make payments on the loan that is processed so "efficiently ".
