I switched to a vertical mouse several months ago and it really helps with carpal tunnel syndrome or wrist strain.

You Might get more views in the Medical or Health-Exercise Threads it's not really a General Appraisal Issue. Just saying.

Actually.....the best mouse that I've found is the Rollermouse. You never have to raise your hand from the keyboard and reach for a mouse....they're awesome.

Eat chit.... buy a new mouse :)
You won't need a mouse because waivers and artificial intelligence are replacing you in 2026 and your last AMCs closing shop. Lol )

Touche..... although AMC's closing up shop would be epic.....

Been using an Elcom Huge for over a decade now-

Highly recommend

The mouse makes a huge difference ! I will explore some of the above posted as well - switching between mice also is helpful wrt repeated motion hand strain.

I probably use my mouse less that most people. I use a lot of the keystrokes instead of clicking on the various boxes.

I have all three. I switch out. Takes some time to get used to. World changer.
