I love my verticl mouse

It looks like the Ergo model would be my go-to. Now, all I have to do is find a suitable keyboard.

The problem with injuries is that you need to totally stop doing what caused it. If you don't, the inflamation stays there. It becomes a low grade inflamation, just waiting for you to irrate it more. Not enough to stop you, but always there.

Like figured, switching to a different mouse could help, but you're not letting it heal. And being that way for a long time, it just never goes away.

But it needs total rest, maybe for months. It will go away with the new uad pain killer, when you stop this once good business.

That's what I have. It does take a little bit getting used to after decades of reaching for a mouse. But once you do, you'll never go back. What the videos don't show is when you're using the roller, you can push down on it to left Mouse click. You don't have to use the middle buttons.

update - much as I love my vertical mouse, it is right-hand only ( a left-hand version is available, of course). But my wrist is still sensitive ( too many push-ups) so- I had a genius idea, to use my left hand to mouse - with my regular mouse, using it with left hand was surprisingly easy-

Has anyone tried an ambidextrous gaming mouse for appraisal work? I saw one on Amazon $64.

Stop messing around with mice. Get one of these and you'll never go back....

I might go for it. Is it difficult to learn how to use? It seems counterintuitive to use a roller bar, but I trust your experience with it. I'd buy new - they sell them on Amazon. $$ but what the heck it;s just money-

Quick question: In a short video where they actually show a snippet of someone using it, they had to lift their hands and reach forward a few inches every time they typed to clear the mousepad roller ball. Does that create its own ergonomic issue, slow you down, or something you don't notice?
Why not just use a keyboard with a built in track ball? ( though I notice a shortage of them made)

The latency on all of the wireless keyboards I've tried is too high, unfortunately.

Also worth look at are mechanical keyboards used by gamers - the key travel and feel can be really nice:

Interesting - the gamer keyboards lack that stupid wright keypad area for numbers which makes the hand travel more from the right assuming mouse is used on right side.

I am finding using my left hand on the mouse surprisingly natural and I see the gaming mice are often ambidextrous -
