I have to get an outpatient procedure and my doc said I want a treadmill stress test before I give you the all clear. 2 hours notice really? whatever, Ill be there.

I freaking killed it!

grok basically told me 11 METS (my sciatica kicked in lol my leg was ok) is good so I'll take it

I have to do one of these on Friday. If you only had two hours, guessing that you didn't fast? I was told to only drink water, not eat for 5-hours before, and no caffeine that day.

I never did a treadmill stress test.
What is it for?

Happy to note that my glucose test shows I'm not diabetic.
Tomorrow I'm going to a mouth doctor. Something is not right in my mouth.

They cannot make any money if they cannot do all these tests.

luckily, I had not eaten and only had water that morning so it worked out perfectly

When I used to travel to go surfing many moons ago, I used to run on the sand, paddle and swim when there was no surf 3 months prior to going.

One of these would probably happen to me now......

@Charles West I need your assistance

I was given Percocet, but it’s not really doing the job. Should I mix in wine or maybe a mixed drink? I was thinking maybe to take the edge off later I could roll a fatty or possibly a bar or two. What’s your professional opinion?

I doubt my HR would hit 120 under that light load. Is that really what a stress test is?
