UAD 3.6 discussion

Nope... Say I tried to send it but it has bugs in the door height area. I'll send over the URAR super fast. Don't thank me we're all working together. I say make it so they don't have a ready population of data collectors packed on the train to Aushuwitz.

Wait till the last minute... Then decide. If the market drops between now and then or if enough appraisers aren't doing it... It might break its back for more years of sanity.
 
So far so good. I noticed from one lender to continue using existing UAD forms.
I knew the new forms were terrible and confusing and won't be implemented this year.
 
Alamode updates its software to add UAD 3.6 capability. Haven't tried it yet.

· Users will now be able create UAD 3.6 reports by selecting the UAD 3.6 report option in the SmartStart window.

Ugh...the specifications are hurting my brain. Worse than ANSI.
 
Do we get extra from FEMA for flood risk mitigation and specs clarifcation.

Make the inspection so time consuming that you will beg to do the vauation part only.
