FED Holds Steady

They are talking about maybe a .25 cut Sept 17. I don't know what they will do.

Pulte is unloading on the corruption at the Fed and the crimes committed by Cook, the mainstream news won’t report it, thankfully it’s unfiltered on X. Audit the Fed, end the Fed and start from scratch with no secret, corrupt, wealthy cabals running fiat currency.
Yep. Then skip to :
Step 1: Buy Bitcoin.
Step 2: Shut the **** up.

:) this is the way to escape the fiat ponzi matrix…

With Trump planning to cut Federal jobs, the economy is heading to a downward cycle.
And because no government stats on jobs, inflation and such because of the shutdown, FED has to rely on what available data out there. Thus they may or may not cut rates.
Same with Wall Street with false sense of direction with lack of data.
Stock Market is doing well despite shutdown.
The rich don't really see the challenges face by Main Street.
I forget sometimes too until I talk with my tenants. One restaurant tenant said next year will be bad. I think he may be saying that since his lease is coming up for renewal.
Still he complained about how everything has gone up - food, city fees, insurance, and labor costing $20/hour.

I can only imagine on a restaurant. Beef prices are out the roof. I don't know what they serve but the last couple of times I went out to eat, prices were up at a nice restaurant. I think burger prices are up a little at fast food too.

I think cattle farmers are hurting. Govt ain't listening. Fast food may be serving chicken soon.

I was surprised when my restaurant tenant said he doesn't go to restaurants with entrees over $20.
When my wife and I go out and eat, it always costs at least $45. That's normal.

I cook at home most of the time. I go to Kroger and Aldi every week for specials and look at prices. I can tell you grocery prices are up on many many items. If they are up at grocery, they are also up on a restaurant renting from Fernando on cost of goods sold. Chicken is up but no where close to beef or maybe fish also. I don't buy fish at kroger. I buy from a local meat market on fish.

I can still afford chicken.

It was not that long ago that boneless skinless chicken breast were like $2/lb on special. Now on special they are like $2.99/lb. That is 50% increase. Plus we pay like 10% sales tax locally.

That don't touch how much beef has increased at groceries.

I was at Costco yesterday and the $4.99 baked chicken appears one third smaller. I almost finished whole chicken last night. Usually takes me 3 days.
I did buy package of uncooked chicken thighs at $1.30/lb. Seems like cooking from home is cheaper.
And the pack of 5 avocados I bought last week at $7.99 is down to $5.99. Wow.
What happened to the Mexican tariffs.
And I noticed grape prices have been going down. Seems like less people buying CA wines.
