So far they're making great progress with the new 3.6, they've managed to successfully upload a total of two....one every other month. Just imagine how slow they would be if they didn't have thousands of elves working 24/7 on the island of misfit toys.

As I predicted more than a month ago, they are hunkered down in non-stop meetings pulling their hair out trying to figure out the way forward that won't crash the entire real estate sector, or get Bill Pulte to fire the lot of them.

Except for the guy that one of the posters alluded to.

Because he doesn't have any hair.

No it's coming so get up to speed mentally it will make the transition much easier or just don't do them but living in denial isn't going to change anytime. Lol)

I don’t think the tech issues are his department are they?
The GSEs don't want leaks spread on forums. We all know that if a guy like DW says anything it will often be taken out of context.

One's that worked in different agencys had to leave the forum. People haven't been very kind to anyone they consider the enemy-and sadly many appraisers think everyone is out to get them.

I agree. With a topic as emotional as the 3.6, any debate no matter how civil it begins will eventually go tribal in here. Imagine being an accountant that works for an AMC finding himself at a bar full of appraisers and disclosing where he works. It would be like "Lord of the Flies". :)
