Would like to know (and please post a link) if anyone out there has taken a course on the 3.6 that is legit and not a review of everything just so they can get your money.

I'm sick and tired of hearing about this revolution and no one is prepared nor does anyone it seems willing to put together a legit program to teach us this 3.6 thing.

Thank you in advance.

I keep repeating myself. There is nothing to learn. you are filling in a novel with a check box on page after page after page. There will be a help guide for every page, in case you do stupid. I believe there is also a check list, forget from who, that probable has the items you need to minutiaize.

Don't take the AI course. It's just a copy and paste from the free gse....

That's the only one I've taken.

I would depend on your software provider....alamode has a lot of free info and free classes/q and a.

Sfreap has some you tube videos.

Below is my best advice.....
Copy paste study the Appendix f-1

Is this course from McKissock any good? Package - URAR Mastery Online and Livestream- 14 hrs

If the course gives you CE continuing credit, maybe it is worth it.

I believe that Fannie and Freddie might have some training videos and info on it. If you have a software provider, they might offer training videos and tips on UAD 3.6 .
Do a practice one and use their tech support if you get stuck! That is what I plan to do at some point.

So what exactly are you learning when you take these courses?
