My restaurant tenant is late and falling behind in his rent.
Reading Yelp, customers are complaining about the food being small portion and lacking vegetables normally expected for their entrees.
Some restaurant owners don't know how to do business alienating their customers in returning.

I think they also complained about the building being run down with leaky roof

I was an idiot and ordered a Coke with my meal at Dave & Buster's last Monday and it cost $4.59 if you can believe that ****.

I never been to Dave & Busters. Sounds like a kid restaurant. No wonder soda cost so much.

I don't think a drip coffee vs espresso type of coffee is a fair comparison. I love them both, and starbucks sucks at both for the price.
