Jobs up and that's when a lot of illegals leaving the jobs market

Everyone is scared to make a major purchase, even Realtors are finally admitting that values are declining.

Tariffs are reducing the deficit.

according to the latest U.S. International Trade in Goods and Services report from the Bureau of Economic Analysis, the goods and services deficit for January and February 2026 fell by $136.1 billion, or 54.8%, compared to the same period in 2025.
Exports are up 11%, a clear indication that in reality, cheap imports were hurting not only our ability to compete for the domestic market, it allowed other countries to subsidize exports.

Most jobs in California lost by illegals don't need replaced because much of their business was done with other illegals. Food Carts-Gardners-Day Labourers all being replaced by legal immigrants and other races.

no declines here market is its typical nuts spring self good to see jobs up with illegals out

I was just in So Central L.A. yesterday working on a mixed use and an automotive service property and I've been shocked at the increased number of multi-family vacancies. I don't recall ever seeing this many at any point since I first started working these areas back in the 1980s

Rents are coming down, too

That's a good outcome.

The landlords and employers who exploited the situation , overcharging for rents by crowding people in, or underpaying for labor, will feel the pinch now. As they should.

Imo, employers who knowingly hire illegals/ paid them under the table should pay fines. Our drowning in debt coffers needs the revenue. If the employers broke the law, they should be prosecuted for it.

Reward the job creators instead of demanding protection money.
