You have to pay for Gold support or higher for them to actually pick up the phone.

I pay for Elite and can't get thru either, I normally get the prompt that I'm number 18 in que, or 23 in que, etc.......... Six months ago, I rarely sat on hold over 2 or 3 minutes

I have not called tech support for awhile so maybe something is up. I have to believe the new 3.6 has many questions. This is could be a disaster when November hits!!!

I have silver and never have a problem

I have Silver and called two days ago. I did not have a major issue but a simple question so was able to be on hold while working. I was 22 in the queue at 1 pm. It took 1.5 hours to get assistance. That is by far the longest I have ever waited. I asked about the wait time and was told it is a combination of call volume and staffing.
