Yikes!! I have to believe the cost of developing this new software is a problem. Can you imagine when we all start using 3.6?I have Silver and called two days ago. I did not have a major issue but a simple question so was able to be on hold while working. I was 22 in the queue at 1 pm. It took 1.5 hours to get assistance. That is by far the longest I have ever waited. I asked about the wait time and was told it is a combination of call volume and staffing.
