I finished up the 2 appraisal orders I was working on early on July 4th, I had a relaxing weekend, then when I logged back on after the weekend, almost all of my reports are gone from my My Reports folder, I spoke to the Wintotal support team, had them log onto my computer and they basically have no answer as to why they are gone or where they went.

I am seriously thinking about just quitting the appraisal industry as of today, I have had ALL kinds of problems with Wintotal the last several months and now this happens.

Oh man! I Really hope you got a computer guru that can help you find where they went. Don't give up, man! Hang in there.

disable one drive. It will try to move all your files. Also, don't you have their titan drive for all your files online?

I would look in your OneDrive. As someone above already mentioned, it's really invasive and will just take files without your permission and stick it there.

But if you've already looked, you can try this below. It's free up to 100 MB files.

Type in the street address of a report you did in the search bar in your toolbar. Then click on the right arrow and it will show you the location of your files.

Then go in your total settings. From your Appraisal Desktop, Tools > Configure Settings. The public reports directory should match the location of your files.

They are not gone. You need help.

I am switching from windows 10 to windows 11 computer and alamode helped me do it. Uh, western digital hardrive support team did too. Your file are not gone.

If the drive your files are on is alive an well, your files are on that drive.

Me switching to new computer had more to do with personal files as well as appraisal files. Western digital with external hard drive helped me as much as alamode. My blood pressure went up a few degrees in the process and I lost some appraisal income. But, your files are not gone.

They are on the hard drive you have somewhere.
