UAD 3.6 Inspection Worksheet (free)

I keep seeing folks ask about a printable site inspection checklist to help with the new UAD 3.6 requirements. You wish is my command, I've put together a comprehensive worksheet which is clipboard friendly and also has extra pages for notes and a manual sketch grid. Attached. Let me know if you see any mistakes or issues and I can update it.

Fwiw, 5 of them are notes and graph (sketch) pages. The rest could be paired down, but it's made to be comprehensive.

Awesome, valiant effort....

But it just goes to show how tedious and over the top the 3.6 is going to be. Also, based on the cattle call blasts posted here on the AF..... the powers that be certainly don't want to pay for all this extra work.
