What middle management once considered entry level jobs are now their jobs. Most white collar cubicle dwellers are no longer needed and many will be replaced in 4 to 5 years or less and become unemployable.

They along with office space will become very obsolete and now the problem is what does society do with the surplus of people that have no purpose to even exist ?
 
I think AI is going to present far more opportunities for people than they may realize at this point. Many new industries are likely to be created, presenting new, unforeseen opportunities.
 
AI will take over C-suite executive level positions before the working class.

Instead of building new data centers, companies should take all those empty floors in those high rises and create data centers out of them.

C-Suite Executives are the working class they just didn't get the memo yet but it's coming soon.

True story.

A regional builder used to have an appraiser hotline where you would email and get comp data. Super easy and was the best builder to get comp data.

Now, that person was replaced with a AI Agent.

I requested comp data for the comps that I wanted to use. The subject was under contract for 310k had below grade GLA and backs up to the main road. I wanted all that has the same factors/features and that recently closed.

The AI Agent gave me all dated sales that backs up to wooded areas that closed for $330k. The AI agent sent me their sales...all way above the contract price..weird..was it taught to send only the highest selling comps...

The AI Agent refused to give me the requested sales.
