Has anyone used the FREE Reggora 3.6 software ? I have not received it yet. I'll give "free" a tryout anytime.

Have any of you by now have no problems? my guess is no one here will say yes OR YOU have had no problems since about 3 days ago. or all of you will say i am still having problems. so that means to me you appraisers our not the problem possibly some will say yes and no i am having intermittent problems. what someone like the software companies the gse's should be looking for is a fact pattern.

This will be difficult real but not hard,, Something is wrong Seriously this is causing you to lose money , over time

Frankly, I am going to stick with a software company that has been around awhile. Total has been around for over 25 years and has a large market share. They aren't going anywhere. Bradford, ACI and SFREP would be similar. As to the other start ups, I'm not saying they don't have a good product, but I would be cautious. It's like all those EV startups that are now bankrupt.

That is how I feel. Plus, many of the advertised software programs, such as AIVRE, etc can be added to be synced with Total if we choose to do so.

Unless the GSE's claim it is impossible to do, a reasonable compromise is to allow lenders and appraisers the option to use either 2.6 or 3.6 for awhile. Trials are common before the rollout of aircraft and meds, why is 3.6 any different?

What a fing joke!. Any dumb appraiser willing to do a 3.6 for the same fee is a complete lunatic. I am 5 hours and counting on a 3.6 report. Fees should double at least. Why are we stuck on the same fees as 20 years ago? Everything has gone up in 20 years, except for appraisal fees. Wake up people
