Hoping to hide words from the scrutiny of the review checker

Peers aware of a way to add/import/upload/format/etc. text to ACI so the text is beyond the scrutiny of whatever functions the AMC and lenders use to search for potentially biased words?

You can write all sorts of offensive things and save them as an image formatted file, import that into your appraisal software and the electronic Karen's looking over your shoulder will be none the wiser.
 
Try some abbreviation, maybe 1 wrong letter. However, seems easy enough not to have that issue if you think generic.
 
Potentially Biased Words ? Yes just don't use them and your problems solved. Now wasn't that easy !
Like today's new report rrquired to respond to the word "diverse," as in "... diverse employment or diverse demogrsphics" but I thought diversity is a good factor in the Woke world.

Instead of spending time trying to "trick" the system. Just change a word here and there. You could say "various employment opportunities" or "varied demographics". It's not that difficult

Except for the fact that the conditions come one after another, requiring numerous time-consuming reports, presuming that each revision should indeed be reflected with a new filename, new report date, new signature...

It's called being proactive. I can honestly say that I can't remember the last time I have been asked to change a word if ever
 
which words offend them the most...bankster, greedy, seedy, or creepy...anyways there can be no law prohibiting the free exercise of :rof:
