crawl space

Anyone ran across a pier and beam house with no foundation walls? Also, can’t get into crawl space so did a head and shoulders which revealed dirt up to floor joist. I can attach a picture for so it’s easier to see, but is that subject to or as is and let the underwriter catch it?
