Only 1 of 2 water heaters functional / appraisal withheld
Conventional loan. Property has two water heaters: WH1 serves the kitchen and one bathroom, WH2 serves the other two bathrooms. WH1 is not functioning and the appraiser requires it to be fixed ("subject to: ensure hot water is available at all applicable faucets"). Is this a valid requirement...- Alexs

Drainage Hose From Leaking Water Heater
I went out on a conventional refi and noticed a small drainage hose running from water heater to the backyard. Owner said water heater is leaking and he rigged up the drainage hose. Should I consider this a health and safety issue? I appreciate your input.- Keith953
