1/2 Bath in unfinished basement

Sure -- You could consider it finished:

Based on that picture, it looks like most finished homes my inlaws and their family live in in Indiana, though the picture shows a bit more functionality than their bathrooms.

Its an unfinished basement with an unfinished powder room. Its in the basement so it can't be GLA. If you believe that the market will pay a premium for this make an adjustment, if not just explain it.

There are lots of older houses in Philadelphia, Camden, wilmington, etc with toilets in unfinished basements.
 
2% finished + a nod that some might pay a more than cost of the toilet & sink for the amenity.

Obviously it works, look at all the empty rolls on top of the toilet!!!
 
Good thing for you they dumped that bottle of bleach on the floor before you arrived. And what's with the red tags?

Rich, the Red tags warn "Do Not Use" the toilet, sink and water heater "Has Been Winterized". The winterized date and signature of the securing contractor are also on the sticker.

This property is a vacant REO or relocation.
