Is the cost approach required on a used mobile home? If so where do you get the information from?

There is a charge for it but most FHA assignments will want a printout - Be sure to add the fee to your appraisal fee.

NADA (JD Powers now) has older MHs. Whether financeable or not by HUD, banks do loan on such homes still.
