1007 Rent Schedule

Just add it to the original report with a new signature date and that date on the 1007 form. I don't know any lender that would ask you to do if for free. Just tell them your fee on the web page and wait for their reply. In my urban area, i can do it in 15 minutes, but i don't know your area and the time you need. It's like an addendum to an agreement with a new date, you don't have to rewrite the whole agreement. And i have no issue with a standalone 1007 with a coversheet stating their request and an invoice. I like my non AMC clients so much, that i would do it on a napkin if they wanted it.

Yeah, imagine in a 99% owner occupied single family area. OTOH, imagine in a rural area or a suburban area where it could take a long time. It depends.
