I have an assignment to do a fourplex in Mesa, I've done a few small multi family assignments in the past but I feel like I should know more... I'd like to write a better 1025 than I think I have done, my trainer/supervisor didn't have much experience in that area.

Any suggestions or ideas as to reading or what have you?

thanks in advance,

need help

I have done thousands, literally - I can help. I have done 1025's in the 5 boroughs of New York and surrounding areas for 15 years. Send a PM.

I have a friend (with over 20 years experience) who I use as a mentor and when I need a little education, I have him review some of my tougher appraisals or properties where I find I question my thinking. One of the best educations I received from him was on a multi-family. It seems I've had most of the most difficult appraisals I've ever done in the last month, probably due to the declining market, but most of us who have gotten into this business in the last 10 years don't have a lot of experience in declining markets. If you'd like to speak to him, PM me and I'll pass along his # to you.
