Client has ordered a 1025 multi-family and they also want a 1007. I thought you didn't do 1007s for multi-family, it even says single family comparable rent schedule on top of the 1007. Anyone have input?
A 1007 for a 1025 would be from the Department of Redundancy Department, since the comparable rent analysis is part of the 1025
It would also be fitting a square peg into a round hole, since the 1025 is for a 2-4 unit property, and the 1007 is designed for analysis of SFRs, not 2-4s
Sounds like an loan officer screw up. Probably saw that it was an investment property and ordered 1007. Point out to client that 1025 already has comparable rent within the form.
Just tell client you don't do 1007 on a 1025 and most likely, client will realize their error and won't need it.
I did something like that saying I don't do 2-4 unit on an exterior SFR form.
Then client changed the form. I bid on that order and I didn't get it. Oh well.
