Completed a FHA appraisal last week. Today I get a new FHA appraisal order for the same property with new case FHA number.. Same lender and AMC. I thought FHA Appraisals stay with the property for at least 90-days. Anyone want to venture a guess on what is going on?

It is actually 120 days. Call the HOC and give them both case numbers and ask which one is good.

This happened to me approximately 4 or 5 times last month. Possibly they changed/modified a particular loan program and it requires a different series of case #. (Just guessing)
