Lending work has been the same for years. Spurts and slow. Never gains momentum. My private stuff steady.

How and who do you market private work? Website?

I started with 2 attorney friends that do title and estate work.. My cpa who is a large firm .. branched out with referrals from there. Web presence is almost zero. It's a lot like the way it used to be in lending ..contacts you get to know. It's nice to have the SRA as marketing tool. I also get referrals from the AI find an appraiser search and AI colleagues.
