203k appraisals

I have a lender that is now doing 203k loans---I have never done an appraisal for this type of loan...What should I know before accepting this type of assignment and what are the going fees-streamline and full boat....

Normally you will be supplied with the data to complete the "when done" report. UW will likely want an as is value also. I would suggest searching on HUD's website for data about this program but it is a normal FHA appraisal on a dump!

I got the same email from an AMC in NJ today. It wouldnt happen to be the same one would it?
