So, they had 2000 appraisers sign up. How many assignments were ordered with these new appraiser partners? I bet nowhere near a projected $100-150,000 per year as advertised.

It's the same classic ploy that AMCs used. We have the assignments, accept our fees and maybe we will send you a scrap or two.
