Most of exspensive house in philly 11,000 square foot row home ultra mordern. Basically a mansion overlooking Park. Anyone now an experienced appraiser that would be component with this type of property? And also has been involved with one. Absolute monster of a deal. Will need to k is the approach that would be taken. Thnxs!
