New business in Ventura County (this is true, it was on the news last week!) Lock box codes are "getting out", as we know a lot of these banks use the same codes for all their foreclosures. Anyway, the codes got in the wrong hands and scammers started marketing vacant REO's as rentals, collecting cash deposit on over $24,000 in one month!

Does anyone know? When they quote the dollar value of these "busts," are they talking about street value? Hmm. They must be as there is no "wholesaler" of marijuana, is there?

It's my understanding that they take the whole haul and break it down to it's most profitable unit price and thats how they determine the "street" value. Not exactly the truth but, probably the best method.
