4 Car Garage (Superadequacy?)

I'd love a 4 car garage, I bet we could get all 3 cars and 2 bikes in.

Doesn't mean it's not an overimprovement. Will it pay for itself in higher market value?

I need at least a four car garage. We have four vehicles plus the mowers, four wheeler, bikes, camper, stock trailer, etc. A four car garage plus a large pole barn makes a nice combination.

And what is up with these 21 x 21 garages on some new houses? You can't get a real truck in that and still have room to get anything else in there.

21 x 21 is down right large for some cheap tracks here. I've see 19' garages that barely allow a 2-car door. Cram the AC, HW and wader/dryer in there and good luck getting much more than a civic inside!
