Btw I couldn't measure the exact size of each interior unit and sf is off-its difficult to tell where one unit ends and the other begins as they get swallowed up one in another. I couldn't get any useful information from the local MLS for breakdown of each unit or assesor measurements. Can i just estimate each unit here and dump it into the 1025 and get away with it?
