My report has the three photo page for Front, Rear, and Street. I also use a 3 photo for Living Room, Kitchen, and Family/Recreation room. The remaining pics go on the 15 pic form. Been doing that for at least 15 years and have never a complaint. The one I am working on right now with have two 15 photo pages.

If I was your client, you surely would get a request to stop doing that as photos that small are completely useless

So, you would fire a client for asking you to provide photos that were actually large enough for the client to be able to see instead of 15 thumbnails on a page that basically are useless because they are too small for the reader of the report to actually see much of anything? If your attitude is that crappy towards a reasonable request to provide photos that are actually legible and meaningful, then good riddance to you.

I've seen those...they're absolutely worthless. Try to blow them up larger and you just see distorted pixels.

I don't know why it even matters how many pages a report is. It's a digital file. Who cares.

i doubt it is still in place but back when i was doing VA work they had a 1mb file size limitation

can't say i agree with this. i use the 15 page, and have for many years, with no problem viewing the photos on my screens within a report. maybe you should get bigger monitors for your reviewers. that or teach them how to use the zoom button

It all depends on the resolution of the photos. While on occasion the resolution is ok and the photos can be seen decently on a large monitor (of if they are zoomed in on), more often than not, the appraisers who use these 15 page photo sheets also use a very low resolution that makes the photos blurry when the size is increased.

They should just come out with a PDF printing option to put 15 pages on 1 page with page 2 of URAR as a stand alone page. Then we can all go back to 3-5 page reports.

sometime it makes you wonder what they don't want you to see.
