As much as I would Love to help you I could never bring myself to work with these type outfits. I have sent things from other appraisers that haven't got the testicles to do it themselves. Wonder how those that still do work for these outfits are handling all the additional request @ no charge they are getting & yet after all the articles many Appraisers can't seem to see the writing on the wall.
