I bet the U of M professors swoon over the contemps. The style does seem to appeal to most Liberals as well. AA is a perfect place for the style.

Yah, we got a neighborhood in Vegas that appeals to most of the Conservatives around here but I don't do a lot of work over there because many of the houses aren't considered real property.
