705 MINERAL RIGHTS AND THE FEE SIMPLE APPRAISER.................................... 7 HOURS
This course is meant to inform the fee simple appraiser on strategies to deal with the issue of mineral rights.
The course will spend a lot of time on the basics of the mineral interest and how mineral rights impact the appraiser's job.
A MUST for any appraiser working in states with mineral rights.

I was surfing for some CE courses that might also provide new and better information instead of the standard review of old stuff I had taken years (don't ask how many) ago and ran across this. I did some more research and found out that Terrel Shields is the instructor - how small a world is that. Looks like it could be an interesting course if your state has mineral rights - especially for those that deal with rural and suburban properties.

I was off-line for a week, so I missed it when you returned. Good to see you back posting, Otis. Stay well.
