So when and where? :D

Patience, Brandon.
I think that Pam and Wayne are still decorating the meeting room.

Lots of input and suggestions will be needed from the forum members if we're going to get this coordinated, so keep checking in.

Not that I want to spoil the great fun - but why not include some sort of continuing ed - that way we can all legally write the trip off.

Liz S.
Loving fall here on the east coast.

I am all for having some CE available, how about we contact different CE providers and ask what THEY would like to offer? AND perhaps ask ALL the national groups what they would like to suggest!

I see no point in recreating a wheel that is already present wrt CE advertizing and organization and frankly I would LOVE to provide a venue for the full bredth of appraisers and professional associations to 'mix' at such an event!

I'm for Vegas. Cheap flights there, cheap rooms, lots of entertainment. After all, all work and no casinos make appraisers dull people. Remember, ease of access is a major priority. If you're bringing family, perhaps Orlando.

After all, if we're going to meet, we might as well make it a vacation.

Roger

I agree with Roger. Vegas usually has cheap flights from all destinations and cheap rooms, too. Plus, the casinos make a nice break from "shop talk'.

I agree and I don't agree :?:
1) I love the Appraiser's Forum 2) I admire and respect you all and appreciate all of your knowledge BUT...
I'll be darned if I'm interested in going on a vacation and talking about appraising! Sorry...had to say it  Now you've heard from the peanut gallery in Delaware. (Maybe when I dig out of this mess in a few months my attitude will be better)

The Keys are my favorite place in the "Lower 48". When I lived in S. Fla. I used to go there every weekend. Tough to beat the scuba diving there, and the sun and other fun. We hope to retire there. As much as I love the Keys, I have to agree with Charlotte. I don't care to spend the money to go to some incredibly beautiful place to talk shop. We can meet right here in our chat room.
