Quick question for ya,
Does the 90 classsroom hours + any other real estate classes for certification count towards the 2000 apprentice hours required for licensing?

Quick answer for 'ya: No.

That's why the 90 hour requirement comes under "Education" and the 2,000 hours comes under "Experience". In fact, the types of hours and how they're classified are usually defined in the state appraisal laws. Look them up and you'll see what kinds of activities will qualify under the experience requirements (none of the permitted activities include classroom instruction) and what kinds of coursework will qualify under "Education" (none of the required coursework includes experience hours). The two categories are mutually exclusive.

Hope this helps.
